Former Director of Analytics for LinkAmerica Corp a logistics and supply chain management firm and former president of Logical Solutions, Inc an operations research firm. Mr. Vargas applies his expertise in logistics, lean six sigma programs, and analytics to the Virtual Refinery Program. Responsibilities include quantitative analysis, risk assessment and trade implementation. Mr. Vargas earned his MBA from the University of Tulsa in 1995 and is also a certified lean six sigma black belt.
Russell Greene

Former Director of Logistics for Barr-Nunn Transportation a national trucking company, and former Executive Vice President of LinkAmerica Corp. where he managed daily operations of the transportation division and oversaw the consolidation and integration of five regional carriers into a single national entity. Responsibilities include operations, analysis, trade execution and implementation of risk management policies. Mr. Greene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics from the University of Missouri (1991).
